    Only one or two almost imperceptible scratches. Battery health 90% or higher.

  2. Good

    Minor wear you can't see from 8 inches away. No cracks or dents. Battery 80% or higher.

  3. Used

    Visible wear, deeper scratches or dents, but no cracks. Screen works perfectly.

  4. Single Defect

    Powers on, but has one specific defect, like a battery below 80%, a faulty mic, or a missing button. Still has repair value.
