We’ll send you a free, trackable shipping label or QR code with a trusted national carrier like Canada Post, Purolator, or UPS. Pack up your item and drop it off at your nearest shipping point. Every item gets inspected by an expert; once the trade-in value is finalised, we’ll issue payment right away via e-transfer.
How does free Pick-up work?
If you are in the Greater Toronto Area, you can schedule your free same-day Pick-up and we’ll handle the rest. Items are transported to our testing facilities, where they are usually inspected the same day. Payments are typically processed the same day after the items are tested.
Why can’t I see the Pick-up or Drop-off option for my trade-in?
We partner with local experts to provide convenient Pick-up and Drop-off options. As we expand our buying network nationwide, these options may vary by region. In the meantime, you’re always welcome to mail in your items via Canada Post, Purolator, or UPS.
How do I know I’m getting the best price for my item?
We use live market data and information on the condition of your item to calculate every offer. Once we collect your item, an expert assesses its specs and condition to finalise the price. Our goal is to make sure you get full value.
Are there fees for using SELLIT9?
SELLIT9 won’t charge you any fees — you keep the full value of your trade-in. We cover the cost of collecting and assessing your items. If you’re unhappy with our assessment, we get your item back to you free of charge.
How fast will I get paid after shipping my item?
Once your item arrives at our facility it’s inspected within two business days, and payment is issued immediately after approval.
