Step 1: Confirm Your Eligibility
Location Check: Ensure you are within our pick-up zones, currently available in Toronto GTA and Montreal (expanding soon).
Step 2: Get Your Quote & Schedule Your Pick-up
Same Day Pick-up: Available for orders placed before 12pm. Orders placed after 12pm may be scheduled for the next day.
Next Day Pick-up: Schedule your pick-up for the following day.
Future Date Pick-up: Choose a convenient future date for pick-up.
Step 3: Coordinate Your Pick-up
Once scheduled, our team will handle all the logistics. No need to worry about the details—we take care of everything!
Step 4: Pick-up Confirmation
You will receive an email confirming your pick-up details, including the name of the driver who will visit your location.
Step 5: Testing and Payment
Item Testing: After pick-up, items are transported to our testing facilities, not tested at your location. We usually test items the same day they are picked up.
Payment: Payments are typically processed the same day the items are tested.
Handling Item Condition Mismatches
We understand that sometimes the condition of an item may differ from your description. Here’s how we handle these situations:
Incorrect model information or damage:
If the item’s specifications (e.g., storage capacity, screen size, model, etc.) are incorrect or there is damage that lowers the value of the item, we will evaluate whether we can still purchase the item and at what price. We'll contact you to communicate the change in price and the reason for it. You can decide whether to accept the new price or request a free return by Canada Post.
Fraud or deliberate misrepresentation:
If we suspect that you deliberately and/or substantially misrepresented the model or condition of your item, we may refuse to purchase it. If this is the case, we will return the item to you at your expense. This is an exceedingly rare scenario—we know our customers are honest and make every good-faith effort to work through issues with you.
Locked or restricted items:
If the item is password-protected or iCloud locked, we'll contact you to remotely unlock it. If you do not have the password, or if the item is blacklisted, SIM locked, or has any other kind of lock, we will not purchase the item. We will return the item to you at your expense. This is an important anti-theft and data protection measure.
