If you’re trading in an item through SELLIT9 and choosing to earn Aeroplan points, you’ll enjoy a fast and seamless experience. We’ve designed the process to get your points issued as quickly as possible once your item is assessed.
Important:
To ensure your points are credited correctly, please make sure you use the same email address on SELLIT9 that’s associated with your Aeroplan account.
Here’s how Aeroplan points are issued based on how your item gets to us:
In-Person Drop-Off
If you drop-off your item at a SELLIT9 partner locations, your item will be assessed within 1 business day. Once the condition check is complete and approved, your Aeroplan points are issued shortly after assessment by email.
Pick-up From Your Location
If pick-up is available in your area, a SELLIT9 team member (or trusted partner) will assess your item during the appointment. Once confirmed, your Aeroplan points are issued shortly after the assessment is completed by email.
Shipping your item
If you’re mailing your item to SELLIT9, we’ll begin the assessment as soon as your package arrives at our facility. Our standard turnaround is same-day processing, and even during peak periods we guarantee a maximum of two business days to complete the assessment and issue your Aeroplan points.
To avoid any delays, please make sure the email address used on your SELLIT9 account matches the email on your Aeroplan account, so your points can be credited smoothly.
Throughout the process, we’ll keep you updated every step of the way, from shipment tracking to assessment confirmation and point issuance.
