We’ll send you a free, trackable shipping label or QR Code with a trusted national carrier like Canada Post, Purolator, or UPS. Safely pack up your item and drop it off at your nearest shipping point.
2. Inspection
Every item gets inspected by an expert. If they reassess its condition and specs, we’ll explain their findings and offer a new price. If you don’t like the adjusted price, we’ll return your item according to our return policy.
3. Get paid
Once the trade-in value is finalised, we’ll issue payment right away via e-transfer!
