If you choose shipping, your trade-in is processed quickly and securely. Once your items arrive at our facility, they’re assessed within two business days, and after approval, you’ll earn Aeroplan® points.
Are there fees for using SELLIT9?
SELLIT9 won’t charge you any fees, you keep the full value of your trade-in. We cover the cost of collecting and assessing your items. And remember, if you’re unhappy with our assessment, we get your item back to you free of charge — no risk.

Why can’t I see the pick-up or drop-off option for my trade-in?
We partner with local experts to provide convenient Pick-up and Drop-off options. SELLIT9 currently offers multiple Drop-off locations across Canada, and we’re rapidly expanding our buying network to bring Pick-up services nationwide. As we grow, please note that these options may vary by region, but we’re working hard to reach your area soon. In the meantime, you’re always welcome to mail in your items. We provide secure, tracked shipping through trusted national carriers such as Canada Post, Purolator, UPS, and more.
How does shipping my item works?
We’ll provide a free, trackable shipping label or QR code with Canada Post, Purolator, or UPS. Pack your items and drop them off at a nearby shipping point. Your items will be assessed upon arrival. If there’s a condition mismatch, we’ll explain the update and present a revised value. If you don’t accept it, your items will be returned based on our return policy. Once finalized, you’ll earn Aeroplan® points.
How free Pick-up works?
If you are in the Greater Toronto Area, you can schedule your free same-day pick-up and we will handle the rest. More cities coming soon. Your items are not assessed on site. After pick-up, the items are transported to our testing facilities, where they are usually assessed the same day. You will get your cash or points typically the same day after the items are assessed.

The Offer (as described below) is valid on qualifying items traded with SELLIT9. This offer is applicable only to Aeroplan members who are in good standing in the Aeroplan Program. If you are not an Aeroplan member, you can visit the Aeroplan web site (aircanada.com/aeroplan) and enroll today. Membership is free.

Offer Details: Earn a specified amount of Aeroplan points on qualifying items on the SELLIT9 online store. After checkout, you will receive an email inviting you to link your Aeroplan account to initiate the deposit of points.

Bonus Aeroplan points may take up to 8-10 weeks to be credited to Aeroplan members’ account after the completion of a transaction.
