How long does my trade-in offer last?
Your trade-in offer is valid until the scheduled date set during your order. After that, the value may change based on market conditions or item depreciation, especially if you haven’t locked your offer. Locking your offer secures your store credit, protecting it from price drops and guaranteeing the quoted amount as long as you complete your trade-in within the validity period.
What happens if my item’s condition doesn’t match?

We’ll then send you a revised trade-in offer reflecting your item’s condition, you’ll have the choice to accept the new offer or decline it, and if you decline, your item will be returned.
Does participating in the trade-in program affect my current warranty?
No. Participating in this trade-in program does not extend, renew, transfer, modify, or create any warranty for the item you trade in. Any warranty for a new product purchased with the merchant in credit is governed by the applicable warranty terms for that new product.
